Presales Technical Assistance

When get an RFQ or inquiry from our customers or potential clients, we will recommend a suitable machine model or give a special solution for the customers within 24 hours. After confirm the machine model or solutions by the customers, we will quote our best price and lead time.

Training And Installation

We send instructions and manuals with machine together. When customer received machine and equipment, if any doubts or questions of installation and operation, we supply 24 hours x 7 days online technical support and trainings.

The Processing Of Production

After the customers confirm the order, we will check stock of raw materials, electric parts, mechanical parts and all necessary accessories. If something out of stock, we start purchasing of parts and raw materials within 24 hours, and machining processing with 48 hours. After assembling and testing of the ordered machines and equipment in our factory, we will pack the goods and send shipping advice.

After-sales Service And Assistance

RHONG provide one year warranties for all machines and equipment that we supplied. During the warranty period, we will send new spare parts by free of charge if any machine parts damaged or broken because of quality. If necessary, we will send our technical engineers to customers’ factory for installation, training and maintenance.
