General Introduction:
Ningbo Beilun RHONG Machinery R brand CM series volumetric dosing machine is equipment used in injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding processing to automatically mix 1 main material and 1 or 2 color masterbatches or additives in proportion. Rhong CM series volumetric dosing unit adopts PLC controller to measure the addition ratio of color masterbatch and additives. This blender can operate synchronously with the signal of the forming machine, so that there is no need to store a large amount of pre-dyed raw materials to form product performance. There are five types of screw diameters: 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, which can provide different output of 0.08 to 38 kg per hour for customers to choose. There is also a two-color master batch machine, which can be combined with any two master batch machines according to customer needs use. According to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of ±1%.
