General Introduction:
Ningbo Beilun RHONG Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. R brand RTC Series oil type mold temperature controller (MTC) is special designed machine for controlling temperature of plastic injection mould. RHONG oil type mold thermo-regulator machine can heat the mold temperature up to 200℃. RTC Series mold temperature controller machine can heat and cool injection mold and keep the mold temperature fixed and stable, so that ensures the quality of plastic injection molding products.
Main Features:
1. Stainless steel board type heat exchanger with fast cooling time and high efficiency.
2. PLC microcomputer with P.I.D. temperature controller, it makes machine work with high accuracy and stable performance.
3. Overload protection to protect water pump and oil pump.
4. Overheat protection system to protect heaters of machine from burning.
5. Sound and light alarm system with text description of problem, easy to find errors and solve problem immediately.
