General Introduction:
Ningbo Beilun RHONG Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. RDM Series plastic hopper dryers are used to dry virgin and regrinded material before plasticizing. RHONG brand RDM Series hot air dryers are installed on injection molding machine, extruder machine and blowing molding machine. The plastic hopper dryer machine can dry all plastic material in a short time. We supply different size of hopper dryer from 12kg to 5000kg capacity.
Main Features:
1. Machine parts which touch material are made of stainless steel to keep material out of pollution.
2. Digital P.I.D. temperature controller to control temperature in a high precision..
3. Over-heat protection device to protect machine out of burnt.
4. Copper coils of blower for long-life using.
5. Optional magnetic base to pick up small iron scurf.
